Pirates at BrickCon

I don't know if any of you are going to back to BrickCon this year. However, along with Castle, I am coordinating the Pirate display. So if anyone wants to bring any Piratey things, they would be most welcome!

Ah, so you're in charge of this too. Well that makes things all the more easy for me. I've a few a things I plan to bring along. Four ships that I've made, each about comparable to the Imperial Flagship in size. I'm also hoping to take my Skull's Eye Schooner along, to have some interaction with my other ships. None of the ships have bee photographed yet, though the existence of this site makes the chances of that happening more likely. Thats all I can see taking (heck, its all I've got).

Dan ;)

Any chance of a session of ESPG? I have still never played and apparently I am supposed to lead a game for a gamer convention here in Victoria in February.

Hey Josh! I'll have to see what I can dig up, but I may be able to bring along some stuff, but no baseplates or real land mass items, due to our castle plans...you know the ones... ;)

But I do have figs and some ship parts, so we'll see.

This is a little off topic, but over at CC they do a sigfig photo shoot at the BrickCon. This might be an interesting idea for future BrickCons once FC gets a little more settled. Just a thought...

I'll bring both my CC and FC sig-figs in case anyone wants to do a group photo. Heck I am hoping to do a small Brick Scouts Jamboree but I have done nothing more than make a web page so far for organizing. So anyone with a scouting fig can bring that too.

Or put mutliples of yourself into the CC Photoshoot. :D

The shoot ends up with figures from all con attendees anyway...it's just primarily castle. Feel free to throw in any piratey-goodness you want. :)

I think pirates might be a bit sparse this year, so feel free to bring whatever you've got. There's plenty of room...

Just a quick reminder that the registration price goes up from $50 to $60 on September 8th, so if you're still on the fence about going, now is basically your last chance to get the discounted price and ensure that you get personalized goodies like your engraved brick badge.
